Members represent at National level

In past years members from St Dennis Youth Band have represented at both National and European level. It seems as if this is starting to become the trend at St Dennis as two more members have been selected to be part of National groups.

Brendan Caddy auditioned for the National Childrens Band of Great Britain on Soprano Cornet and has recently received confirmation that he will be a member of the band at its next course. Brendan joined the St Dennis Youth Band on cornet and moved onto Soprano Cornet in mid 2007.

Stacie Hill has been invited to join the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain at their Easter and Summer Courses for 2008. Stacie currently plays Repiano Cornet for the St Dennis Senior Band and Solo Cornet for the St Dennis Youth Band. She has been playing Cornet for five years and have experienced a lot of success both with the Band and individually at local Solo Contests.

As well as these two members, Zoe Hancock (Flugel Horn) will also be joining the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain for her third consecutive year.
