St Dennis Solo and Quartet contest results

On Saturday 24 November 2007 St Dennis Band held their Annual Brass Solo & Quartet Contest.  The Adjudicator was Mr Brian Buckley from Wales.  Brian is a busy, widely travelled and experienced adjudicator, conductor and examiner who we were extremely pleased to have as our Adjudicator.  He said that he had enjoyed the day listening to the young and older people perform in the Contest. The St Dennis Band Committee would like to thank Mrs Ann Fleet and Miss Hannah Hawken who accompanied performances throughout the day and Mrs Ann Force, Head Teacher and her Staff for allowing and co-operating with us to have St Dennis Primary School as the Venue, which has been for some years.  It is a very popular Venue for us and the visitors to the Contest each year.
